I started a car detailing company. Starting with only the basic car cleaning equipment and in my own run-around car offering the standard in and out car wash service.

 

I always knew that I wanted to take my business to the next level. In order to do this I knew I had to put everything I earned back into the business to allow me to expand and most importantly offer a better quality of service.

 

Being a start-up and only knowing the basic I had done a lot of research in the constantly adapting market of product lines for cars from washing to drying processes, clay barring all the way to polishing and ceramic coatings. This was all so I could improve and offer additional services to accustom for a variety of my existing and new clients. First by upgrading all basic equipment to the best and leading car detailing brands from equipment to the chemicals allowing for a better user experience and even better results. The mission wasn't to expand rapidly but to grow slowly and gain knowledge rapidly. After many more months I was able to get a van, holding a water tank which allowed for convenience to wash cars in most places that didn't have access to water. While upgrading even more equipment and adding even more services such as carpet cleaning, the equipment I used for shampooing car seats also allowed for carpet cleaning. To offer this service I have done many hours of research and trials in my own home to perfect the best cleaning methods thus allowing me to provide this service to all my clients new and old.

 

I always want the business to be built on reputation and not mass turnover. I know that I am only as good as my last job and strive to bring your vehicle to a high standard. The reason I have come this far is because I have always listened to and appreciated my clients' feedback, as I strongly believe that our customers are the best people to grow the business.
